We offer services from economical to luxury; door to door or just the essentials. My goal is to meet you where you are, in regards to your needs and budget! I love helping travelers experience the culture of their destination and making their vacation an enjoyable and memorable experience! I'm a bit of a research geek so I strive to find unique and unforgettable accommodations and experiences whenever possible! Many of my clients are surprised at how relaxing it is to have the "heavy lifting" done for them. One can feel pretty spoiled when all they have to do is show up knowing that every aspect of their vacation is taken care of. Sometimes things happen that are entirely out of our control and this is where travel insurance comes in. We can help you get the right coverage for your trip.

Hotel Bookings

Whether you enjoy luxury hotels, villas, budget properties, all inclusives or home stays, HTC can book the best accommodations possible to meet your budgetary needs. We also offer VIP perks such as hotel vouchers, complimentary breakfast, and room upgrades when available. Cost for booking: FREE

Ground Transportation

After a long day of travel, it can be nice to have someone on the ground to meet you and take you to your destination. If you prefer to be more independent, car rentals can be taken care of for you so that all you have to do is pick up your keys. Car rentals, driver, train tickets and tours can be booked through HTC. Depending on the service it may be no additional cost to you.

Tours

We are partnered with over 50 tour operators from Viator to luxury operators such as Project Expedition. We can book adventures from Disney vacations to ski packages, bike tours to F1 experiences and every adventure in between! Let's curate your next dream vacation! In most instances booking is no additional cost to you!

Destination Research

You have a rough idea of your destination, but need assistance in fine-tuning your itinerary as well as selecting and booking accommodations. You’ll receive a curated selection of 2-3 hotel options for each destination, allowing you to handpick the accommodations that best suit your preferences. $50 per destination.

Itinerary Planning

We create a custom tailored itinerary, just for you based upon your input and preferences. From reserving accommodations to arranging seamless transfers, exclusive activities, excursions and yes, even travel insurance; we specialize in creating memorable experiences. Simply arrive at the airport, and let the journey begin. $75 per day or $400 per week.

Heritage Travel

Are you curious about where your family came from? What did they eat, where did they live, what was their life like in the time they lived? We can help you gain insight to your ancestral heritage. We have partners in a variety of locations to help you connect to your history. Initial consultation is free (20 minutes), a quote will be provided based upon your needs.
